There are a variety of issues that may come up: Your chimney may need Rebuilding, which becomes necessary when both the brick and the mortar decays. Rebuilding can be done from the roofline up. In more serious situations we can rebuild from the ground up. Crown is generally able to match the existing brick on the chimney or home.

Your chimney may just be in need of some preventative work to keep it safe and secure. You may need a bit of Tuckpointing, which is replacing the mortar between the brick that has decayed over time. Or you may find that you require a Concrete Cap, also referred to as the "crown", the concrete that sits on the very top course of brick on the chimney to help hold clay flueliners in place, and close the hole in the chimney chase. Metal Flashing is installed at the base of the chimney at the roofline, and can be either galvanized or colored to match shingle colors on the home.

Cement Caps
